HOW IT WORX: PREPARING FOR PICTURE DAY

We want to ensure that your Picture Day experience with Phireworx Photography is seamless and enjoyable. To help you make the most of this special occasion, we've put together some helpful information to help you prepare.

PRE-PICTURE DAY

• The shoot location must be secured by the league/team member who is coordinating the shoot. Phireworx does not secure the location.

• Phireworx will send out the gallery access instruction to the shoot coordinator. The shoot coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all parents/families receive the instructions.

• Phireworx will work with the shoot coordinator to create a detailed schedule for Picture Day.

PICTURE DAY

• Our team will require access to the shoot location at least one hour prior to the start time for set up.

• Athletes should be fully dressed and ready at least 10 minutes before their designated start time.

• All athletes are encouraged to participate in the team and individual photos.

• Photo Access instructions are provided during the shoot.

POST-PICTURE DAY

(PHOTO ORDERING)

• All ordering is done following Picture Day, allowing images to be viewed first!

• Once the gallery is posted, we will provide the shoot coordinator one final time with the gallery access information for anyone who may not have received it.

• The gallery will be available for at least 6 weeks for anyone to order photos.

• All orders are shipped directly to customers. No more waiting for prints to be delivered and passed out at the school!
