Q. Will the watermark be printed on my pictures?

A. No, once an image is purchased the watermark is removed prior to printing.

 

Q. When and how do I receive my digital download purchase?

A. After an order is placed, whether print or digital, a receipt is sent via email. For digital downloads, there will be a click option to download all images purchased. If you did not receive the email, you can log in to your Photoday account (where images were purchased) to access your order. Still unable to find your order? Q. If I purchase a digital image will I be able to make my own copies?

A. Yes! Our high-resolution digital images/downloads are designed for digital and print application. All high-resolution digital download orders will come with a print release. We do limit printing for personal use only. Please be sure to read through your print release for clarification on any restrictions.

 

Q. Will my order ship to me or the school and when will I receive it?

A. All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. When checking out, you’ll have the option to select the shipping method (i.e. standard or expedited). This will provide the time frame of when you can expect your order. You’ll also receive a notification via email with tracking information once it’s available.

 

Q. I have multiple athletes on a team, is there a discount for ordering?

A. We do not offer multi-athlete discounts for orders. However, our packages, both print and digital, are designed to allow for multiple image fulfillment. This means you do not have to use only one image/pose to fulfill your package. We do also periodically offer sales throughout the year. Please be sure to stay subscribed to your team’s gallery so you do not miss any offers.
